a heart flapping its wings

mid winter flying

the hopeful trips flag waving 



like sitting corpses

in freshly covered graves

a picture of a brave new world


the sunrise

liberty upon the breast of a red rose

the sound of cautioning horns

reverberating hot like a kind of fire

burning down a couple convenient stores

selling all that is in a dream


but sadly for those who 

do not understand

the meaning beyond the burnt envelopes

the soft aspect of ashes


as the constituent sat there dead silent

like monks meditating…
